A matching pair of decorative floral still life compositions, oil on canvas, attributed to the artist R. Rosini. Each work depicts a dense bouquet of flowers, including roses, irises, and smaller blossoms, arranged within a rounded earthenware vase against a dark ground. The technique is evocative of 17th-century Flemish floral painting, featuring visible impasto textures on the petals to suggest depth and light. Both paintings are signed R. ROSINI; one in the lower-left corner and the companion in the lower-right. They are housed in matching, ornate gilt-finished frames with deep mouldings, decorated with acanthus leaf motifs at the corners and a rope-twist inner border. The reverse of the canvases shows significant foxing and age-related spotting. One stretcher bar retains a partial paper label reading ORIGINAL PAINTIN. Both frames are marked with handwritten auction notations 306/6 KS and 307/6 KS. According to the included ruler, each frame measures approximately 38cm in width.
