This large, handled ceramic floor vase was produced by Scheurich Keramik in West Germany. The piece features the Foligno pattern, characterised by multiple horizontal bands of embossed decoration. The form consists of a cylindrical body with a slightly tapered base and shoulder, leading to a short neck and a distinctive triple-ringed rim. A single, small curved handle is attached at the shoulder and neck. The base is incised with the model number 489-39 and the country of origin W.GERMANY. A/F slight chip to rim. Height: 39 cm.
