A group of two cut crystal decanters with Lancashire County Cricket Club provenance. The first is a ships-style decanter with a faceted stopper, featuring a silver-toned metal bottle ticket suspended from a chain and inscribed: TO JACK BOND FROM THE ASSOCIATION OF LANCASTRIANS IN LONDON IN APPRECIATION OF HIS SERVICES TO Lancashire County Cricket. This item commemorates Jack Bond, the celebrated Lancashire captain and manager. The second is a square-bodied decanter with a faceted ball stopper, etched with the Lancashire rose emblem above the text: Lancashire C.C.C. 2nd XI Championship 1986. Both vessels are decorated with traditional diamond and wedge-cut patterns.
