Bidspirit auction | A pair of porcelain vases

A pair of porcelain vases of flattened globular or ovoid form. The bodies are decorated with a continuous scene of irises rendered in shades of pink, lilac, and purple with yellow highlights, set amongst tall, slender leaves in varying tones of blue. The pattern and form are highly consistent with designs attributed to the Otagiri Mercantile Company (OMC).
