Bidspirit auction | A Swedish art glass sculpture

A Swedish art glass sculpture by Royal Krona, designed by Mats Jonasson. The piece is constructed from heavy, clear lead crystal in a rounded, irregular ice-block form. The reverse side features a sandblasted intaglio design depicting a duck swimming amongst tall reeds, which is viewed through the polished convex front face. The item retains its original gold and white paper factory label on the lower right front. The label is printed with a crown emblem and the text: ROYAL KRONA SWEDEN.
