This large mid-to-late 20th-century album features a highly decorative red leather exterior in the Italian Renaissance-revival style, characteristic of Florentine leatherwork. The front cover is heavily embossed and polychrome painted. The heraldic crest is surrounded by ornate relief work including classical male and female figures, putti, grotesque masks, and fruit garlands in gold, blue, and green tones. The interior consists of numerous blank black cardstock pages, each protected by a textured translucent tissue guard. Empty album.
