Silver Coin - Segulah for Zera shel Kayma - Received from the Admir the Pachad Yitzchak of Boyan - A coin given directly by the Admor Rabbi Yitzchak Friedman of Boyan as a 'Segulah Lezera shel Kayma' for one of the sons of his important Chassid Rabbi Naftali Horenstein of Radomeshil, which was passed down in the Horenstein and Freudiger families. This is the original coin given directly by the Admor, the author of the Pachad Yitzchak of Boyan, as a 'Segulah Lezera shel Kayma' to his important and close Chassid Rabbi Naftali Horenstein, to be given to one of his sons who had no children. It is told that the brothers Rabbi Shmuel and Rabbi Dov Ber Horenstein, Rabbi Naftali's sons, came to the Admor the Pachad Yitzchak to be blessed by him for Zera shel Kayma. Indeed, Rabbi Shmuel was blessed by the Admor and had two daughters, whereas, his brother, Dov Ber, was not blessed by the Admor and passed away without Zera shel Kodesh (Bakodesh Chaziticha, III p. 136). Rabbi Naftali's third son, Rabbi Avraham, gave the coin as a Segulah to his niece, Mrs. Chaya Freudiger, who had no children. Ever since, the coin was passed on in the Freudiger family to anyone who needed it as a Segulah for Zera shel Kodesh.
