Bragadin Press at the house of Lioani Kaion. At the beginning of Section A, introduction by the proofreader Rabbi Yehuda Aryeh of Modena. At the end of the Even HaEzer section, approbation by the rabbis of Venice. Two impressive volumes in excellent condition. With original leather-covered wooden bindings. With remnants of clasps. On the second volume, one complete clasp. Bindings reinforced with new flyleaves that were glued to the original. Minor flaws to bindings. Stains. First Volume: 201, [1], 148, [2] leaves. Second volume: 87, 162, [2] leaves. 34.5cm. height of bindings 37cm. A blank leaf between the sections. On the inside of the binding, a leaf was glued with the inscription ” this Torah Scroll shall be called holy for worshipping our God in order for our rabbis and their disciples … to hear and learn at our Beit Midrash may our words replace our sacrifices … he who speaks Binyamin Nunis on the 19th of Sivan 5544 [1784] ” . On the flyleaf ” Our rabbi and teacher the rabbi Ram and RamMeldola …” . Stamps of the Etz Chaim Yeshiva [of Amsterdam?] on the title pages of Orach Chaim and Even Haezer an inscription ”Shlomo D. Kushta Atias London 1714” .
