Ordos Bronze Figurine of a Recumbent Doe
Small Ordos bronze figurine of a recumbent doe, 5th-4th century BCE. The figure with its legs folded beneath the hollow body, small erect ears, an open mouth, and a slender neck. The figurine with a lovely green patina. With a Lucite display stand.

Provenance: Christie's, London, October 26, 2004, "A Peaceable Kingdom: The Leo Mildenberg Collection, " Lot 355; Apolonia Ancient Art, Denver, Colorado; Since 2007 Private Collection, Minnesota.

Height: 3 1/2 in x width: 4 1/4 in x depth: 2 in.
Condition: The item is in fair condition overall with no major dents, cracks, or losses that affect the overall work. All parts are present. As expected, there is heavy oxidation throughout.
