Juliusz Lewandowski Acrylic on Canvas Portrait
Juliusz Lewandowski (Polish, b. 1977). Acrylic on canvas painting depicting a figure in a red shirt seated on a chair with one leg raised, 2018. Signed and dated along the verso.
Height: 31 1/2 in x width: 19 1/2 in.
Condition: The painting is in good condition with no visible tears or major losses. Along the extreme edges, there are several scattered areas that lost paint, as expected from the lack of frame. There is a minute black accretion to the chest area. There is a minute paint loss below fingers. There is a scratch along the left arm, which is only visible under careful scrutiny; there is another minute scratch to the left leg's thigh; to the upper left quadrant, there is a network of minute paint loss.
