19th c. Chinese Export Rosewood Desk - One 19th century Chinese export rosewood desk. The top with four drawers and four cubbies. The desk with three drawers on cabriole legs each with subtle slipper feet. With carefully carved skirts Provenance: The collection of Bruce Dayton and Ruth Stricker Dayton - Selections from The Marsh, Minnetonka, Minnesota. Height: 44 1/2 in x width: 36 1/2 in x depth: 24 in. Condition: Separation to the joints throughout. Some scuffs, scratches primarily along the writing surface of the desk, and light discoloration or wear to the finish consistent with age and use. There are a few splits to the wood throughout.
