Grp 6 Japanese Studio Ceramic Sushi Slab Plates - Group of six Japanese studio ceramic pottery sushi slab plates or oblong trays, 20th century. Including one lovely burnished red Bizen ware plate. With two wooden tomobako boxes. (Trays, each) height: 1/4 in x length: 10 1/4 x depth: 5 1/4 in. (Box) height: 5 1/4 in x width: 6 1/2 in x depth: 11 1/2 in. Condition: There are no major breaks, cracks, losses, or signs of restoration to the grey trays. Due to the nature of the red tray, it is difficult to discern whether any damage has been incurred; however, there are no major breaks, losses, or signs of restoration. Light wear to the footrims. Light wear to the box.
