Late 19th c. Meiji Japanese Ceramic Satsuma Plate - Meiji Japanese floral ceramic satsuma plate depicting immortals and scholars along the center, late-19th to early 20th century. Height: 1 3/4 in x diameter: 9 1/2 in. Condition: There are no major visible breaks, losses, or signs of restoration when examined under UV light. Crazing to the glaze throughout. There are two areas of light discoloration or staining along the underside of the plate. Some wear to the gilt along the extreme edges. Light wear to the footrim.
