5 T. Tokai City Watercolors 1956 - Group of five watercolor on paper paintings depicting city streets. All signed ”T. Tokai” and dated ca. 1956 along the verso of the black backing paper. Additionally signed with a red seal along the lower corners of each sheet. Height ranges from 10 1/2 in to 10 3/4 in; width ranges from 13 1/2 in to 15 in. Condition: All drawings are bold and bright. There are no major tears, creases, losses, or repairs. All are somewhat toned. All are affixed in the corners to a black sheet of paper - some of the corners have come detached and there is light skimming to the verso in these detached corners. None are framed.
