Woodblock print titled ”Ryogoku natsu no tsuki (Summer Moon at Ryogoku), ” from the series ”Edo meisho mittsu no nagame (Three Views of Famous Places in Edo), ” ca. 1839-42. The print depicts crowds gathered on the bridge and the river to view fireworks. Height: 10 1/4 in x width: 14 5/8 in. Condition: The sheet is toned. Light wear along the edges. Light soiling along the margins. The work is not framed.
