Etching titled "Vermicellier" depicting the process of producing vermicelli pasta using a die. A plate from Paul-Jacques Malouin, "Arts du meunier, du boulanger et du vermicellier, " first published in Neuchatel in 1767.
Provenance: From the Collection of Lynne Rossetto Kasper.
Sight; height: 9 1/2 in x width: 6 3/4 in. Framed; height: 15 in x width: 12 1/2 in x depth: 1/2 in.
Condition: The sheet is toned. There are no visible tears, creases, or restorations. The work is housed under an acidic mat. Framed under glass; light wear to the frame. Not inspected out of frame.
