The pot stamped along the exterior ”Vignol Bruxelles, ” ”Silver Grill, ” and numbered 30. The lid stamped below the rivets ”Van Neuss, ” ”H. Pommier, ” and ”Bruxelles”; numbered 30. The splayed or flared walls of the pan allow for optimal evaporation, making this piece ideal for cooking sauces or braising. Provenance: From the Collection of Lynne Rosetto Kasper.
