Early 20th c. Vintage French Copper Mixing Bowl - Vintage French rolled rim and round-bottomed copper mixing bowl, early 20th century. Impressed ”Made in France” along the base of the brass ring. According to Lynne Rossetto Kasper, the vessel featured in this lot is ideal for beating egg whites to incorporate into a souffle or Swiss meringue. Provenance: From the Collection of Lynne Rossetto Kasper. Height: 6 in x diameter: 9 1/2 in. Condition: No significant breaks. Dents, tarnishing, and wear consistent with use.
