Set of 4 Italian Bottega Gatti Dinner Plates - Bottega Gatti, Italy. Group of four dinner plates, painted in the style of Renaissance ceramics. Marked along the underside ”Bottega Gatti Faenza DS.” Made by successors of the potters who created the original plates for the family indicated by the initials along the center of the plate during the 1500s. Provenance: From the Collection of Lynne Rossetto Kasper. Diameter: 10 3/4 in. Condition: There are no major cracks, losses, or restorations. Light wear to the footrims.
