Set 10 Antique Japanese Kakiemon Porcelain Plates - Set of ten Japanese porcelain plates with Kakiemon decoration of birds in a flowering tree. The plates with a scalloped rim. Each, diameter: 7 1/4 in. Condition: No major cracks, losses, or restorations. Some plates with minute fleabite chips to the bottom rim. One plate with crazing to the glaze. One plate with two firing flaws to the glaze that do not appear to extend through the plate. All with very light wear to the footrim.
