Dine Navajo Wool Ganado Rug 4'2”x2'11” - Dine (Navajo) Native American wool Ganado rug textile, early 20th century. The carpet with central field depicting stepped diamond motifs, flanked by a repeating band of square forms along either side of the border. Length: 4 ft 2 in x width: 2 ft 11 in. Condition: The colors are bold and deep. No stains or odors. No major restorations. Some wear to the upper two corners, where the selvedge is worn and the tassel are lacking. There are a few, minute threadbare areas, possibly evidence of light moth grazing along the upper edge.
