Native American Style Hide Case w/ Telescope - Parfleche leather hide case with telescope, 20th century. The case with painted Native American-style designs including thunderbirds, whirling logs, and geometric motifs. Length: 14 in x diameter: 2 1/2 in. Condition: To the hid case, the straps and tassles are slightly brittle. Light wear to the pigment and some soiling, consistent with age and use. To the telescope, there is some tarnishing to the metal compoments and an apparent crack to one of the interior lenses. Some dust gathered between the interior lenses.
