Attributed to Pugi Lady with Hat Marble Bust - Attributed to Filli Pugi (Italian, 19th century). Carved marble bust depicting an expressive woman donning a hat with ringlets of curls draped along either side of her face, 19th century. Incised ”Filli Pugi Firenze” along the verso between her shoulders. (With base) height: 27 in x width: 18 1/2 in x depth: 17 in. Gross weight: 117 lbs 15 oz. Condition: There are no major breaks or losses. There are some minute chips along high points and the extreme edge. There are a few minute areas of soiling. Some wear to the base.
