Victor Peter ”Deux Amis” Bronze - Victor Peter (French, 1840-1918). Bronze sculpture titled ”Deux Amis (Two Friends)” depicting a man and a horse. Cast by the Susse Freres Foundry. Incised signature, title, and foundry along the front of the sculpture. Height: 16 in x width: 19 in x depth: 7 1/2 in. Weight: 51 lbs 1 oz. Condition: There are no major breaks, scratches, or losses to the sculpture. Patination throughout, particularly along the recessed areas. There are a few small chips along the extreme edges of the base.
