Pair Attr. Barbedienne Empire Bronze Candelabras - Attributed to Ferdinand Barbedienne (French, 1810-1892). Pair of two patinated bronze candelabras, 19th/20th century. Featuring five foliate arms surrounding a central column. Of the Empire style. Accented by acanthus motifs and suspended chains, surmounted atop a neoclassical bust and three tripod feet. Incised ”F. Barbedienne” along the base of the bust. (Each) Height: 35 1/2 in x width: 10 in x depth: 10 in. Condition: There are no major breaks, dents, scratches or losses. Some tarnishing throughout. There is discoloration to one of the arch fixtures above the light bulb socket. Some wear to the feet. There are green felt tabs affixed to the underside of each foot.
