2 Marly Horse Bronze Sculptures - Pair of two bronze horses after Guillaume Coustou's (French, 1677-1746) Carrara marble sculptures ”The Marly Horses.” Each bronze piece features a man wrestling to maintain control of his horse. (Each) height: 4 1/4 in x width: 2 in x depth: 4 1/4 in. Condition: No obvious breaks or losses. The figures and horses are slightly loose on the bases. Light dust gathered along the recessed areas. Remnants of green felt affixed to the underside. Some accretions to the underside, likely from the past felt.
