Aft. Emmanuel Villanis ”Scheherazade” Plaster Bust - After Emmanuel Villanis (French, 1858-1914). Gold-painted plaster bust of the Persian storyteller, Scheherazade. ”Scheherazade” inscribed into plaster below her right side. Mounted on a stone base. Height: 21 in x width: 8 1/2 in x depth: 8 3/4 in. Condition: Some wear along the high points, including a few chips to the guilt. The bust appears to have been reattached at the base using glue. Some wear to the base.
