20th c. Chinese Lacquered Wood Jewelry Vanity Case - Chinese lacquered wood jewelry box or traveling vanity case, early 20th century. Depicting blooming flowers and birds perched amid cherry blossom branches throughout the exterior. Featuring mirrored and hinged lid, with two drawers. Height: 6 in x width: 8 in x depth: 12 in. Condition: There are no major breaks to the wood. Some wear to the lacquer particularly along the corners where there are small losses to the pigment. The drawers open and close smoothly. One of the hinges attached to the lid is broken.
