19th c. Chinese Qing Carved Wooden Display Cabinet - Chinese carved wooden scholar's shelf, display case, or cabinet, Qing dynasty, 19th century. With intricately carved foliate motifs, pierced scrollwork ornamentation, and ball-form feet. Height: 78 in x width: 41 in x depth: 15 in. Condition: The cabinet is structurally sound and stable. Some splits and losses throughout. Wear to the back paneling, including separation to the joints, cracks, and losses. There are a few losses to the pierced ornamentation along the center rail. One of the cabinet doors does not open. Crack to the glass along the right side. Light dust accumulated along recessed areas.
