Chinese Mother-of-Pearl Inlaid Wooden Chair - Chinese carved wooden chair with mother-of-pearl inlaid foliate ornamentation. Pierced reticulated apron, splat, and top rail depicting interweaving vines. Supported atop bamboo form legs. Height: 38 in x diameter: 15 in. Condition: The chair wobbles. Separation to the joints throughout. There is a break to the right-most skirt; however, it appears to rest in place. Some losses to the mother-of-pearl inlay throughout. There is an area of dark discoloration along the seat of the chair. Light wear to the feet. Dust and debris gathered along recessed areas.
