3 Inuit Tableau Carvings - Group of three Inuit carved organic material tableaus, including: Stanley Seegana (Inupiaq, b. 1950). Carved organic material scene of a hunter with a bolo or Kiipooyaq and a flying bird. Chukchi carved organic material reindeer herding scene with hunter figure, sled and two reindeer, circa 1994. Inuit carved organic material weasel and bird on a base. Provenance: Heard Museum, Arizona; Private Collection, New York. Length ranges from 2 1/2 in to 6 in. Condition: Discoloration consistent with the material. The seated figure appears to be missing an implement.
