Vitaliy Martynets Fossilized Bone Musk Ox Figure - Vitaliy Martynets (Russian, 20th/21st c). Fossilized whale bone and carved organic material sculpture in the form of a musk ox. Height: 9 x width: 13 1/2 in x depth: 7 in. Condition: There are no major breaks or losses. Along the right hind leg and right shoulder, there are two horizontal cracks, each measuring approximately 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 inches. Along the front left leg, there is residual adhesive. Light wear to the base.
