Navajo Banded Wool Chinle Rug 3'9” x 2'4” - Dine (Navajo) Chinle woven wool rug textile, 20th century. The carpet with central field depicting alternating natural grey and cream bands with geometric forms, executed in warm and vegetal tones. Length: 3 ft 9 in x width: 2 ft 4 in. Condition: There are no large tears or losses. No major odors. The selvage is intact. Along the B-side, there are several small and faint red-toned areas of soiling. There are some scattered and minute areas where there are signs of insect activity.
