Arts & Crafts glazed earthenware cuenca pictorial tile titled ”The Pines, ” depicting a forested landscape scene, ca. 1906. With the glazer's ”MM” initials along the underside. Height: 6 1/4 in x width: 6 in x depth: 1 in. Condition: There are some small to moderate chips along the edges, particularly along the upper right and lower left corner. There are some areas that fluoresce under UV light, particularly along the trees and the upper third of the tile. Light wear to the underside.
