Jervis Pottery Arts & Crafts Incised Vase - Jervis Pottery, United States. Arts & Crafts pottery vase depicting a sparse landscape with square geometric border, ca. 1908-1912. Earthenware with glossy glaze. With impressed manufacturer's stamp and numbered ”215” along the underside. The tapered form, incised landscape decoration, and square geometric border are reminiscent of designs and techniques associated with Frederick Hurten Rhead (American, 1880-1942) during his brief tenure at Jervis Pottery.
