2 Thai Ban Chiang Pottery Storage Jars - Group of two Thai Ban Chiang ceramic storage jar vessels, ca. 300 BCE-300 CE. Including one pot with painted polychrome geometric motifs and one vessel with incised linear patterns throughout. Provenance: Private Minnesota Collection. (Polychrome) Height: 6 in x diameter: 6 in. (Incised) Height: 5 1/2 in diameter: 7 in. Condition: To the corrugated pot, there are some cracks along the rim. Some signs of restoration throughout. Wear throughout commensurate with age and material. To the polychrome bowl, there are scattered losses and signs of wear to the pigment. Some chips along the rims. Debris gathered along the interior.
