Chinese Yuan/Ming Bronze Tripod Censer Vessel - Chinese archaistic bronze tripod censer (ding), Yuan or Ming dynasty. Of a stout cylindrical form with elaborately incised sinuous motifs. Resting on three tripod legs. With ink inscription along the underside of the base reading ”Ch. 23.” Height: 3 1/2 in x diameter: 4 in. Condition: There are areas of verdigris patination along the underside of the rim, the recessed areas of the vessel, as well as the interior. There is a residual label accretion along the underside. Wear commensurate with age.
