Set 10 Chinese Eggshell Porcelain Rooster Bowls - Set of ten Chinese eggshell porcelain ”chicken cup” style nesting bowls. Each depicting a rooster accompanied by a hen or a singular rooster standing amid grass with pale blue flowers. The rooster is an auspicious symbol and the tenth sign of the Chinese zodiac symbolizing confidence, precision, honesty, and self-expression. Each cup with a blue heart-ribbon motif band along the interior and exterior upper rim. Each with six-character ”Made in Jingdezhen” mark along the underside. Height ranges 1 1/4 in to 3 3/4 in; diameter ranges from 2 1/4 in to 10 in. Condition: There are no large breaks, cracks, or signs of restoration. Light wear along the rims including fleabite chipping.
