Chinese Ming Blue & White Kraak Porcelain Charger - Chinese Ming dynasty ”kraak” porcelain charger depicting floral motifs in cobalt blue and white. The underside bearing a pictorial mark within a double ring. With two labels from Robert J. Riesberg Antiques and ink inscribed ”1959.500” along the underside. Height: 2 in x diameter: 13 3/4 in. Condition: There are small chips along the circumference of the rim. There are signs of restoration throughout, visible under UV light, and a hairline crack along the exterior. Some small losses to the glaze and areas of flaking along the center of the platter. Some wear to the footrim including several small chips.
