3 English Rockingham Type Cat Models ca. 1810-20 - A group of three English Rockingham type porcelain cat figurines including: A Rockingham type model of a seated cat on a pink pillow base, ca. 1810. A Rockingham type model of a calico cat seated on a green pillow, ca. 1820. A Rockingham type model of a tabby cat seated on a blue pillow, ca. 1815. Provenance: The Distinguished Collection of Leo & Doris Hodroff. Height ranges from 1 1/2 in to 2 1/2 in; width ranges from 1 in to 1 1/2 in; depth ranges from 1 in to 1 1/2 in. Condition: To cat on a pink pillow: The is a fleabite chip along the left ear. Light crazing. There are two hairline cracks along the circumference of the two front left legs, above the paws. Light wear to the gilt and pigment. Light wear to the base. Two labels affixed to the underside. To the cat on a green pillow: There are no signs of restoration. There are some chips along the base, ranging from minute to small in size. Some wear to the gilt and pigment, particularly along the trim. To the cat on a blue pillow: There are no major signs of restoration. There small chips to the apex of both ears. Light wear to the gilt and pigment, particularly along the footrim and corners. Light crazing.
