Sir Bindon Blood Miniature Portrait Painting - Miniature portrait painting of Major General Sir Bindon Blood (Scottish, 1842-1940). Housed in a velvet-line trifold case. Provenance: The Distinguished Collection of Leo & Doris Hodroff. Sight; height: 6 in x width: 4 in. Framed; height: 9 in x width: 6 3/4 in x depth: 1 1/4 in. Condition: There are no cracks, losses, or restorations when viewed under UV light. Signs of moisture exposure throughout, especially the upper third in the background and the lower edge. Not inspected out of frame. Some wear to the frame including cracks, small losses or wear to the leather, and small scuffs. The case does not quite latch properly.
