French Empire Ormolu Cut Glass Tiered Chandelier - French Empire gilt bronze wedding cake chandelier, 18th century. With circular tiers featuring rounded, rectangular, and prismatic cut glass crystals. Provenance: The Distinguished Collection of Leo & Doris Hodroff. Height: 21 in x diameter: 11 in. Condition: There are a few crystals missing, on varying levels of the chandelier. One of the larger crystals has become unattached, and is hanging loose. Fleabite to small-suzed chips throughout. Some repairs to the metal components. Dust gathered along the recessed areas.
