Israel - ”Haganah Organization” Petah Tikva Medal, estimated 1930s-1940s - Extremely Rare - An exceptionally rare medal, believed to be unique, awarded to members of the Haganah Organization in Petah Tikva, estimated to date from the 1930s-1940s, prior to the establishment of the State of Israel. The medal served as a token of recognition and affiliation with the Haganah, the main defense organization of the Jewish Yishuv and the foundation of the Israel Defense Forces. Obverse: The emblem of the Haganah - an upright sword intertwined with an olive branch, set within a Star of David. Around it, the Hebrew inscription ”Haganah Organization” in decorative script. Reverse: Plain, without inscription.
