Judaica / Zionism - USA, Jewish National Fund 35th Anniversary Medal - 1902-1937 - Two identical medals, one in bronze and the other in aluminum, issued in 1937 in the United States by the Jewish National Fund (Keren Kayemeth LeIsrael) to commemorate 35 years of activity since its founding in 1902. The obverse features the JNF emblem - a plow, olive branches, dates, and wheat sheaves - with the bilingual inscription: ”Jewish National Fund - קרן קיימת לישראל - 1902-1937 - 35th Anniversary”. The reverse bears the early JNF logo (קק”ל) in stylized Hebrew letters, surrounded by the inscription: ”Awarded for Meritorious Service in the Cause of Geulah Haaretz - גאולת הקרקע לארץ”. These medals were distributed in the United States as a token of appreciation for donors and activists who supported the Jewish National Fund’s mission of reclaiming and developing the Land of Israel.
