In an oval in the middle, a portrait of king George V with the mention ”Dominion of Canada” just above. On the left side, the word ”ONE” and on the right side, a seal. On either side the serial number of the portrait. Reverse In the middle, a view of the Library of the Parliament in Ottawa with the lettering ”Dominion of Canada” just above.
