A deluxe set of 12 miniature gold coins from the Bullion Coins of the World series, presenting famous bullion coin motifs from around the world. The set was issued by the Republic of Chad, with a face value of 3,000 Francs CFA for each coin. Each coin is made of .999 fine gold, weighing 1/500 oz, with a diameter of 16 mm. The complete set of 12 coins has a total weight of approx. 0.746g of .999 gold, equal to approx. 0.746g net pure gold. According to the certificates, each design was issued with a limitation of 5,000 pieces. Obverse: Each coin features one of the world’s well-known bullion coin motifs, including: Springbok, Liberty, Kangaroo, Maple Leaf, Panda, Libertad, Britannia, Buffalo, Germania, Philharmonic, Elephant and Sovereign. The recurring inscription around the design reads BULLION COINS OF THE WORLD. Reverse: The reverse of the coins shows the coat of arms of the Republic of Chad, with the inscription REPUBLIQUE DU TCHAD - “Republic of Chad, ” the year 2019, and the denomination 3000 FRANCS CFA - “3,000 Francs CFA.” The set is housed in its original dedicated album, marked 999 GOLD COINS COLLECTION, and includes original certificates for some of the photographed designs. Overall nice condition, with light storage marks on the album and capsules, as shown in the photos.
