Israel - Kinetic Medal “One Heart” from the “Change and Motion” Series, 1990 - Silver 925, 18 g (Approx. 16.65 g Pure Silver, Approx. 0.54 Troy oz), 50 mm - An impressive Israeli kinetic medal titled “One Heart”, from the kinetic adilion series “Change and Motion”, created and invented by the artist Naim Basson, who specialized in kinetic art. The medal was issued in 1990 by the Israel Government Coins and Medals Corporation. Naim Basson also designed other kinetic medals for the company, including “The Dove”, “Israel” and “The Dreidel”. The uniqueness of the medal lies in its kinetic structure: the holder can rotate the elements that compose the medal and create a variety of changing forms. This turns the medal into more than a decorative object - it becomes a dynamic artwork combining movement, form and personal interaction. In the “One Heart” model, two hearts move closely opposite one another within a wheel, creating different shapes and visual combinations through rotation.
