Israel - ”Welcome King Moshiach” Medal, White Metal - An Israeli medal associated with the Chabad-Lubavitch movement and its messianic theme. The medal features inscriptions and symbols connected with Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneerson and the famous 770 Eastern Parkway headquarters in Brooklyn, New York. Obverse: A royal crown above the inscription ”Long Live Our Master, Teacher and Rebbe, King Moshiach, Forever and Ever” in Hebrew. The central inscription reads ”Welcome King Moshiach”, together with additional Hebrew text and the phrase ”And He Will Redeem Us.” Around the rim appears the English inscription ”LONG LIVE THE REBBE KING MOSHIACH FOREVER.” Reverse: Depiction of 770 Eastern Parkway, the world headquarters of the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. The surrounding inscriptions include ”Rejoice with the Imminent Redemption”, ”770”, ”Year of Hakhel”, and additional Hebrew and English inscriptions including ”WELCOME MOSHIACH.” Condition: The medal is housed in a hard plastic capsule.
