Born in California in 1889. During the 1890s, Lester was one of Wm Keith's favorite pupils and a member of a sketch club which Keith held in his home in Berkeley on Friday nights. She later wed Chauncey F. Eldridge and had a home in Berkeley in 1930. When she attended the Keith Gallery Inaugural at the Oakland Public Library in 1956, she was known as Mrs. Frank Hill.
