In overall very good condition. Large tear seen on title page, affecting printed border and text on verso. Title page torn at edge. Tears to corners of first 3 leaves, not affecting text. Lacking binding.
Lacking 10 leaves (pp. 37-47, which is the first Perek of Bava Metziah).
